What is Alpha?

Alpha is a series of sessions designed to explore life's big questions in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Each session includes a delicious meal, a thought-provoking short talk, and an open discussion where you can share your thoughts, ask questions, and listen to others. Everyone is encouraged to participate, and no question is too big or small. It’s a chance to explore faith and life in a way that’s personal, relaxed, and engaging.

Alpha is a 10-week program, with 9 evening sessions and one special weekend event.

The Alpha Experience

Each Alpha session is designed to be engaging and accessible.

The evening begins with a warm meal shared with other Alpha participants, offering the perfect chance to connect and build community. Following the meal, we watch a short talk that covers various aspects of life, faith, and meaning. After the talk, the group enters a discussion period where you can share your thoughts, ask questions, and listen to the perspectives of others. The sessions are relaxed, open, and designed to foster conversation—nothing is off-limits!
