Who is the Holy Spirit? Is he God? What is his role? What does he do? How should I relate to the Holy Spirit? These are all excellent questions that we will examine as we launch into our series on the Empowering Spirit. We will discover some of the attributes and functions of the Spirit and his desire to empower us to do his will.
