Joy in the Gospel

Paul went through sufferings and imprisonment for the sake of the gospel. Yet he rejoiced knowing that it brought boldness to the believers and the gospel was advanced. He concluded that by life or death Christ would be magnified in his body and that was a reason to rejoice! Maybe we have lost the joy in the gospel because we have lost the victory in suffering. Let us follow the example that Paul left for us to rejoice in all circumstances!
